To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging with all tags and seals intact
Returned within 7 days of delivery
Items that are damaged due to misuse, opened packaging, or not in resalable condition will not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Personal care or hygiene products
Items on clearance or final sale
Products damaged by the customer
Customized or special-order items
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return criteria.

Order number
Reason for return
Photo or video proof (in case of damage or wrong item)
We will review your request and provide instructions within 24–48 hours.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, we will begin the refund process.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer if requested.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges and COD service fees (if any) are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must:
Report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
Share clear pictures or video of the product and package
We will verify the issue and offer a replacement or full refund, based on availability.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive another item, please initiate a return and place a new order after your refund is processed.

Double-check your bank account or card statement
Contact your bank or payment provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
