Shipping Policy

At PakRush, we aim to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and affordably. We partner with trusted courier services across Pakistan to ensure your products reach your doorstep in perfect condition. Please read our detailed shipping policy to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Delivery Coverage

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas. Orders are processed and dispatched from our facility to your provided shipping address via reliable courier services.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • During sales or high-demand periods, order processing may take up to 72 hours.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 working days for major cities

  • Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days

  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier availability, or unforeseen logistics issues.

We are committed to keeping you updated at every step through SMS or email.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Shipping Fee: Rs. 200 on all orders under Rs. 2,000

  • Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 2,000

  • COD handling charges may apply for Cash on Delivery orders

All charges will be visible at checkout before you place your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can track your parcel in real-time using the courier’s website or support helpline.

If you have not received a tracking number within 2 working days, please contact us at khanmithaaa@gmail.com.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. However, COD is subject to order verification. Please make sure your contact details and address are correct to avoid delays.

We may contact you via phone or email for confirmation before dispatching high-value COD orders.

7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

PakRush is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, weather conditions, or strikes

  • Courier or transport service disruptions

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

We will, however, make every effort to resolve any delay issues in coordination with our logistics partners.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to:

  • Deduct round-trip shipping costs from your refund (if eligible)

  • Cancel future orders from the same account or address

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided location.

9. International Shipping

Currently, PakRush does not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our logistics network in the future.
